Salon & COVID-19 Policies



Bookings can be made via our online appointment app, by contacting the salon on 0434 213 573 or via direct messages on social media.

A credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your credit card information will not be visible to anyone and your card information is secure at all times.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24h notice or are more than 15 mins late which will result in your appointment being rescheduled; you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

Failure to not show up your appointment will result in 100% of your treatment cost to be charged.


Refills booked after 3 weeks or with less than 50% coverage classify as a new set.


Please arrive to your appointment on time (with no makeup on for lash appointments)

If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will incur 50% of your treatment cost as a cancellation fee.


Due to OHS, insurance obligations and in line with Victoria Covid-19 regulations, children are not permitted to be on the premises during your treatment.


  • All appointments are accepted via SMS upon booking.

  • 48h prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation request SMS prompting you to confirm your attendance to your upcoming appointment. If no confirmation is received from your end by close of business day, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • 24h prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder SMS for your appointment


24h notice is required for all appointment change/cancellations or you will incur 50% of your treatment cost as a cancellation fee.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment will result in being charged 100% cost of your treatment as a no show fee.

New Clients

For new clients wanting to book refills, it is best to book a complimentary consult first so the therapist can assess whether a refill service or alternatively a complimentary removal & full set will be needed.

Payment Options

We accept cash or card payments.  Please note card payments will incur an additional 1.6% processing fee.

COVID-19 POLICY: ( Effective 22nd October 2021)

As of 22nd October 2021, the Victorian Government Covid-19 policy imposes the following requirements as a condition of entry to the salon:

  • All visitors & customers 16 years and over to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 & provide proof of vaccination status before entry to the salon.  Please check in using the Service Victoria QR code and show your vaccination status before entering the premises. Please note I will not be able to let you enter unless you show us your vaccination status or valid exemption. If you need assistance to get your vaccination certificate, please reach out.

  • Masks are mandatory (unless you have a lawful exemption) & may only be removed for your treatment but will need to be replaced as soon as the treatment is completed.

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are not well or have symptoms, or have been required to isolate.

  • Please sanitise your hands upon arrival.

  • Please bring your own blanket as we are unable to provide you with one.

  • Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment (partners, children etc)

All clients are required to comply with the above requirements as a condition of entry.  Non compliance will result in being refused entry and/or both business and customer being fined by DHHS. As such, please understand, we are not prepared to make any exceptions.
